Employment Help

If you are having any problems at work, then we are committed to helping resolve those issues as much as we are able to.

To do this we need to know as soon as possible what the issue is and what you want done to resolve the issue.

We will discuss the matter with you and see if it can be resolved at as low a level as possible by agreement.

If agreement cannot be reached, we will consider the situation and then discuss with you what we propose to do to try to resolve matters.

You can contact the Mediation Service of the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment to help resolve matters if we have not been able to resolve matters or you are unhappy with the process being followed.

Payroll

Our payroll is managed by Rowena Cabana.

You can access and view your payroll details via EzyPay. https://numat.ezytime.kiwi/users/sign_in

You will be paid weekly on Wednesday (or as otherwise stated in your employment agreement), into your nominated bank account.

You will receive a payslip to your nominated email address.
